The development consisted of 14 new, high-end specification commercial units located at Silverstone Park. Spread across a 125,000 sq ft site, it is within the grounds of, and directly adjacent to the famous Silverstone Formula 1 race circuit.

The site consists of two self-contained units (unit 1 & unit 14) and two terraces (units 2-9 & units 10-13) which will offer companies the flexibility of being able to develop their own HQ style premises in landscaped surroundings at Silverstone Park – the buzzing global business destination for the high-tech engineering and motorsport sectors.


Given the high-end nature of the units, it was a client stipulation for high-quality products and material, as well as a robustness to suit the quality and requirements of the units.

  • Return to door safety levers used
  • Slide arm, non-projecting door closers for practicality and aesthetics
  • Provision for less-abled fittings/access
